Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our returns process.
1. Online Orders (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the item after notifying us
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the standard delivery cost (where applicable), within 14 days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
2. Returns After 14 Days
We offer an extended 30-day returns period for eligible items.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, we may offer:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit (voucher)
Items must still be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
If you discover a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund.
After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement, and if this is not possible, a refund.

4. In-Person Purchases (Pop-Ups, Events, Trade Shows)
Items purchased in person are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or styles, subject to availability.
The quickest way to receive an alternative item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items not in resalable condition
Sale items may be returned within the 14-day statutory cancellation period (for online orders), unless faulty.
